First Community Bank has announced the hiring of Zack Lashley as vice president, commercial loan officer at the financial institution’s location at 310 Highway 62 East in Mountain Home.
With 13 years of lending experience, Lashley will be responsible for producing a variety of commercial loans as well as generating and managing a portfolio of business relationships.
“I’m excited to work for an institution that cares and invests in the communities we serve,” said Lashley.
Lashley is an active member in his community and has served numerous non-profit volunteer roles, including most recently with the Twin Lakes Future Fund, a philanthropy known for building and strengthening communities by promoting focused giving to address current and future needs.
Lashley earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Missouri State University. He and his wife, Thera, have two boys, Connor, 7, and Brant, 2.
