GenGold® Merchant Partner Agreement

The GenGold® program, offered through First Community Bank, is designed to provide members with real value and savings on a variety of financial services as well as discounts on products and services including travel, long distance telephone discounts, consumer p rotection services, savings at local merchants/restaurants and much more. Participation in this program is at no cost to you and will also provide you, the business owner or manager with an opportunity to use all the non-financial benefits free of charge.
1) Provide members a unique and genuine discount off the regular retail price of selected products, merchandise or services. This discount may take the form of a percentage off or an absolute dollar amount off the price. Please detail below the discount you would like to offer:
2) Prominently display the “Welcomed Here” decal in the establishment’s window.
3) Honor the GenGold® discount card when presented in accordance with terms of this agreement.
4) Keep all employees advised of the program.

Aggressively promote the GenGold® checking program to its members.
Participation may be terminated by either party with 60 days written notice. Neither the financial institution nor any entity which agrees to this Business Partners Participation Agreement is an agent, affiliate, or partner of the other party, and neither party will make any representation which suggests any formal agency, affiliation, or partnership agreement between them. -- By signing with your electronic signature below you agree to these terms and that to the best of your knowledge all information submitted is accurate and true.
