Position:  Dealer Direct Consumer Loan Support                                                           

Location:  Dealer Direct Office

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

              Saturday Rotation 9am-3pm (with optional weekday off)

 

Summary

This position is responsible for generating loan contracts and performing the maintenance of various aspects of existing loans including, but not limited to, setting up recurring payments, entering payment corrections, and other accountmaintenance.

 

This position must present a quality, professional image for First Community Bank and have the ability and desire to develop and maintain quality customer relationships.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service to internal and external customers and maintain strict confidentiality in all bank matters.
  • Generate loan documents in accordance with lending and compliance policies and procedures.
  • Send documents to dealers and customers for loan closing.
  • Complete transactions necessary for returned/unapplied payments and corrections from daily reports.
  • Promptly enter recurring payment details per signed form, following NACHA regulations.
  • Receive (by mail or phone) and process loan payments.
  • Receive and process loan applications in a timely manner, communicating with dealers regarding status of loan applications.
  • Generate loan modification documents, as needed.
  • Enroll accounts in electronic alerts using customers preferences as indicated.
  • Complete filings necessary to secure the lien on collateral.
  • Review loan files for correctness and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute activity reports as required.
  • Assist with system administration regarding software issues.
  • Assist with contacting customers regarding past due accounts and exceptions.
  • Promptly and successfully complete all compliance training as determined by the compliance department.
  • Attend department and company meetings/training, which may be outside of regularly scheduled work hours.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
