First Community Bank has announced the hiring of Adam Maggard as vice president, commercial loan officer.
A tenured banker with more than 17 years of experience in the industry, Maggard will focus on generating business lending opportunities while building banking relationships within the business community.
“I’m thrilled to be a part of the First Community Bank family, and I look forward to being a factor in the continued success of the company for many years to come,” said Maggard.
Maggard is an active member in his community and serves on the board of directors of the Daybreak Rotary Club of Joplin. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from the Missouri Southern State University. He has also completed the ABA National Commercial Lending School. He and his wife, Lauren, have two sons, Noah, 7, and Lucas, 4.
