First Community Bank has hired Jordan Boothe as branch operations manager at its full-service location at 310 Highway 62 East in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Boothe will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations at the branch and working closely with senior management to manage day-to-day operational needs.
"I'm thrilled to be joining First Community Bank," said Boothe. "I’m looking forward to providing customers and neighbors with the genuine community banking experience that they've grown accustomed to with this professional family of community bankers."
Boothe has completed training to earn his Arkansas Bankers Bank Management Training Certificate. He and his wife, Lauren, have a son, Graham. In his free time, Boothe enjoys playing the drums and fishing.

The Mountain Home lobby is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The drive-thru is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
