First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Candace Cerrato to assistant vice president, consumer lending officer. In this role, she will continue to serve the lending needs of customers while strengthening relationships within the community.

Cerrato began her career with First Community Bank in April 2016, as a loan support assistant. With 23 years of experience in banking and mortgage lending, she spent 12 years in secondary mortgage as a mortgage processor and 11 years as a loan assistant.
“Candace’s extensive experience and dedication to customer service make her a valuable asset to our lending team,” said Allen Williams, executive vice president, regional president overseeing the Northeast and North Central Arkansas areas as well as Missouri for First Community Bank. “We are excited to see her continue to grow in this new role.”
Cerrato and her husband, Michael, reside with their children, Lucas Lehman, Gracie Lehman, and Chloe Cerrato. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, learning to crochet, and watching The Price is Right.
The First Community Bank Jonesboro branch at 630 Southwest Drive is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with drive-through services available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Additional Jonesboro branches include 1617 South Caraway Road, the Greensborough branch at 910 Chancery Lane, and 222 East Washington Avenue, ensuring convenient access across the community.
