First Community Bank proudly announces that Jonathan Cole, SRA, AI-RRS, has been named president of the Arkansas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He concurrently serves on the executive committee and chairs the policy-setting board of directors for the chapter, emphasizing his commitment to global standards and practices in valuation services.
In his new role, Cole will contribute to the Appraisal Institute's dedication to excellence, professionalism, and ethics in real estate appraisal. With over 16,000 members in almost 50 countries, the Appraisal Institute globally recognizes Cole's expertise and industry dedication.
In 2004, Cole commenced his appraisal career, amassing two decades of professional experience. In 2019, he earned his first of several esteemed designations from the Appraisal Institute, indicating completion of advanced coursework, extensive experience, and unwavering integrity. Notably, he has devoted over 12 years to management and review responsibilities at First Community Bank.
