First Community Bank is proud to welcome Mike Damron to its growing mortgage lending team. Damron has joined the bank as a secondary mortgage originator and will serve customers out of the Greensborough Village branch in Jonesboro.
In his new role, Damron will assist customers who are seeking home loans through the secondary market, guiding them through the mortgage process with personalized service and local decision-making.

Damron brings 13 years of experience in banking and related industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies from Arkansas State University (ASU) and recently moved back to the area with his family. His wife, Sara, teaches nursing courses at ASU Jonesboro and also works as a nurse practitioner at two area hospitals. Together, they have a two-year-old daughter named Shuri.
Outside of work, Damron is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys deer hunting, bass fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family—especially exploring parks around Jonesboro with Shuri.

The First Community Bank Jonesboro Greensborough Village branch at 910 Chancery Lane is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with drive-through services available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additional Jonesboro branches include 630 Southwest Drive, 1617 South Caraway Road, and 222 East Washington Avenue, ensuring convenient access across the community.
