Eric Lesh Joins First Community Bank

First Community Bank has hired Eric Lesh as Vice President of Commercial Lending for the Jane location at 21196 US 71 in Missouri. 


“After 25 years in banking, I finally feel like I have the job I have always hoped to find. The acceptance and appreciation from management and co-workers is truly unique in my experience,” said Eric Lesh. “My goal is to help First Community Bank to become the preferred financial institution in McDonald County, Missouri.” 
A veteran banker, Lesh comes to First Community Bank having previously served in various roles in the banking industry including vice president commercial loan officer, relationship manager and commercial credit analyst. 


Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Lesh moved to Arkansas in 1975 where he graduated from Alpena High School in 1987. He went on to serve in the United States Navy from 1987 to 1989 and graduated from the University of Arkansas in May of 1994. He and his wife, LeAnn, have two sons and have lived in Springdale, Arkansas, since 1999. 


“Eric comes to our bank with years of banking experience in the SW Missouri and NW Arkansas areas,” said Will Cook, First Community Bank’s Missouri Community President. “He is very knowledgeable and has the ability to connect with customers in a common-sense manner. Eric has proven to be a great fit in our bank family.”
