First Community Bank has announced the addition of Lisa C. Ferrell to its Little Rock Business Board of Directors, further strengthening the bank’s advisory leadership in Central Arkansas.

Ferrell is the founder, president, and CEO of North Bluffs Development Corporation and brings extensive experience in real estate development, public finance, law, and government service. She is widely recognized for leading the revitalization of a 50-acre downtown riverfront development in North Little Rock, driving more than $300 million in investments and creating new residential, commercial, and employment opportunities for the region.

“Lisa’s background, leadership, and deep understanding of economic development make her an outstanding addition to our Little Rock Business Board,” said René Julian, community president in Little Rock for First Community Bank. “She brings a rare combination of private-sector expertise and public-service experience, and we are excited to have her perspective as we continue to grow and serve our customers and communities.”

In addition to her work in development, Ferrell previously served three terms as an Arkansas State Representative, including leadership roles on key legislative committees overseeing the state budget, workforce development, and economic policy. She has also advised international governments on legislative systems and workforce initiatives and has served on numerous civic, economic, and educational boards.

Ferrell joins the existing members of First Community Bank’s Little Rock Business Board, which include Mary Ann “Dr. MAC” Campbell, Jon Kennon, John R. Marshall, Brandon Tedder, and Ronald Wilkerson. Together, the board provides strategic insight and local market guidance to support First Community Bank’s continued growth in Central Arkansas.
