First Community Bank has announced that Caleb Hewitt has been promoted to branch manager for the financial institution’s full-service branch location at 3 Eagle Mountain Boulevard in Batesville, Arkansas.
With a heartfelt sense of honor and gratitude, Hewitt expresses, "I feel incredibly honored and blessed to step into this new role. The support and mentorship I've received from the First Community Bank family have been invaluable, and I'm eager to further solidify my dedication to the company's success."
Hewitt joined First Community Bank as a teller in May 2022. Outside of his professional commitments, Hewitt looks forward to starting a new chapter in his personal life, preparing to marry his fiancé, Victoria Roddy, this December.
Beyond his banking career, Hewitt has been actively involved in community service, dedicating time to the First Baptist Church’s music ministry for the past two years. He is currently pursuing a degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville.

The Eagle Mountain Boulevard lobby is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The drive-thru is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. First Community Bank offers competitive loan and deposit products and an impressive array of online and electronic banking services. Some of these include mobile banking and deposits, online bill pay, online/mobile account opening and custom eAlerts.
