First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Cassie Bradley to assistant vice president, branch manager and lending at the bank’s Cave City location, 102 South Main Street.
Bradley joined First Community Bank in 2010 as a floating teller and became a full-time team member in Cave City in 2011. Over her 15-year career with the bank, she has built strong customer relationships and demonstrated consistent leadership. She was promoted to head teller in 2019 and later to assistant vice president, branch manager, and now adds lending responsibilities to her role.
“I’m incredibly honored for the opportunity to expand my role into lending,” said Bradley. “This community means so much to me, and I look forward to helping our customers reach their financial goals while continuing to grow the strong relationships that make our branch special.”

A 1996 graduate of Cave City High School, Bradley enjoys spending time with her family. She has a 28-year-old son who is married with a two-year-old son, and a 24-year-old daughter that is soon to be married.

The Cave City branch of First Community Bank is located at 102 South Main Street. The lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and closed on Saturdays. The drive-through is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
