FIRST COMMUNITY BANK PROMOTES FISHER

First Community Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Rachael Fisher to senior vice president, benefits manager. With more than 24 years of experience in human resources and a proven track record of serving employees with compassion and expertise, Fisher has been a valued member of the First Community Bank family since 2008.

In her role, Fisher oversees benefits administration, compliance and reporting, employee support, vendor and cost management, leaves of absence, as well as wellness and engagement initiatives for all bank locations.

“This promotion reflects my dedication, expertise, and a commitment to our employees,” said Fisher. “I’m excited about the continued growth of First Community Bank and am proud to be a part of it.”

Fisher holds an associate degree in business from the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management from the University of Arkansas System’s eVersity program. In addition to her work in banking, she has also gained experience in higher education and healthcare fundraising.

“Rachael brings a deep sense of care and professionalism to everything she does,” said Boris Dover, president and chief operating officer for First Community Bank. “Her knowledge of human resources and her passion for serving our employees make her an incredible asset to the bank’s leadership team.”

A longtime resident of Batesville, Fisher is actively involved in the community. She currently serves on the White River Health Advisory Board and previously served on the White River Medical Center Patient and Family Advisory Council from 2023 to 2025. In 2018, she completed the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, and she continues to invest in others as a mentor through the bank’s Women’s Mentoring Program.

Outside of work, Fisher enjoys reading, camping, working in the yard, and spending time with her family. She has a son, Nicholas (21), a daughter, Addyson (16), and two beloved dogs: Oakley, a mini goldendoodle, and MJ, a Belgian Malinois.

The lobby at First Community Bank’s Batesville headquarters, located at 1325 Harrison Street, operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The drive-through is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Additional Batesville branches include the downtown location at 301 E. Main Street, the Eagle Mountain branch at 3 Eagle Mountain Boulevard, and the Southside branch at 1 Allen Chapel Road, ensuring convenient access across the community.
