First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Shayna Gibson to assistant vice president, branch manager and lending.
In her expanded role, Gibson will continue to lead branch operations while also serving as a lender, helping both new and existing customers with their financial needs. She is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and supporting continued growth in the communities she serves.
Gibson brings 19 years of banking experience to her role, including experience as a teller, in new accounts, and as a loan assistant. She has been with First Community Bank for nearly 11 years.
“I’ve truly enjoyed building relationships in this community over the years, and I’m excited to continue growing in this new role,” Gibson said. “Being able to serve as both branch manager and lender allows me to connect with customers in a deeper way and help them achieve their financial goals. With the growth happening across Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas, it’s an exciting time to meet new people and make meaningful connections.”
Gibson is actively involved in her community, serving in Rotary, the Newton and McDonald County Cattlemen’s Association, McDonald County Extension, McDonald County Chamber of Commerce, and the Bella Vista Business Association. She currently serves as president-elect of the Rotary Club of Bella Vista. Her volunteer efforts include supporting local fairs, promoting childhood literacy, encouraging sustainability in agriculture, teaching financial literacy to children, and helping package food baskets through local churches. Gibson and her family reside in the Pineville, Missouri area.

The First Community Bank Jane branch, located at 21196 US 71, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Drive-through services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
