First Community Bank has announced that Kim Guinn has been promoted to vice president, branch operations at the financial institution’s full-service branch location at 5100 W. Park Ave., Ste. 124 in Rogers, Arkansas. In her new role, Guinn will oversee all aspects of operations for the branch and work closely with senior management to manage the overall day-to-day operational needs.
"This promotion is an exciting step in my career," said Guinn. "I look forward to continuing to provide our customers with the same high level of service they've come to expect from us."
Over the course of her 21 years in the financial industry, she has most recently held a position in treasury management sales at First Community Bank.
"Since joining First Community Bank, Kim has shown a strong aptitude for leadership,” said Natalie Bartholomew, community president for Northwest Arkansas. “She is a talented individual who has proven herself as a committed member of our organization, and I know she will continue to build on this success."
The Rogers lobby is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
