First Community Bank has announced that Mary Henderson has been promoted to senior vice president, assistant loan review manager for the financial institution. In her role, Henderson is responsible for assisting loan review officers in assessing loans for compliance to bank policy, procedure and regulatory compliance.
Keith Melson, senior vice president, director of loan review for First Community Bank, said, “Mary is an exceptional representative for First Community Bank, and she is very deserving of this recognition."
Henderson has been in the banking industry for nearly 35 years and in loan review for almost 13 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Lyon College. She and her husband, Jerry, have four children and four grandchildren with another one on the way. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and anything “home improvement” related.

First Community Bank’s main lobby is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The drive-thru is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. In addition to the Batesville main location, First Community Bank also has three other Batesville locations: 301 E. Main Street, 3 Eagle Mountain Boulevard, and 1 Allen Chapel Road.
