First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jesse McGonigal to treasury management sales officer. McGonigal, who joined the bank in 2023, has gained experience in treasury management support and merchant services support and is excited to step into this new role to serve the bank’s regions in Northwest Arkansas as well as the Harrison area.
“I’m super excited for this opportunity to grow in my personal career and help the bank expand in my regions,” said McGonigal. “I look forward to working with the teams and building a strong foundation of community support. My goal is to make my regions among the most profitable in the bank while fostering relationships that make a difference.”
McGonigal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Lyon College, earned in 2023. He has a year and a half of experience in the banking industry, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service and financial solutions. Outside of work, McGonigal enjoys golf, grilling, and baseball, a sport he played collegiately. He also dedicates time to giving back, often volunteering with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).

The Rogers branch is located at 5100 West Park Avenue, Suite 124, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Fayetteville branch is located at 3150 West Wedington Drive. The lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the drive-thru operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
