First Community Bank has promoted Hayden Partee to consumer lender, serving the Jonesboro market. In his new role, Partee will focus on maintaining and growing his lending portfolio while building meaningful, long-term relationships with customers to support local banking needs throughout the Jonesboro community.

Partee joined First Community Bank in March 2022 and will celebrate four years with the bank in March 2026. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in entrepreneurship in December 2025.
“Hayden has shown a strong commitment to our customers and a genuine desire to learn and grow within our organization,” said Allen Williams, executive vice president, regional president overseeing the Northeast and North Central Arkansas areas as well as Missouri for First Community Bank. “His work ethic and passion for serving others make him a great fit for this role, and we are excited to see the impact he will continue to make in the Jonesboro market.”
Outside of work, Partee enjoys watching Arkansas State University athletics and maintaining an active lifestyle.
Partee’s office is located at First Community Bank’s Southwest Drive branch at 630 Southwest Drive and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with drive-through services available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Additional Jonesboro branches include 1617 South Caraway Road, 910 Chancery Lane, and 222 East Washington Avenue, ensuring convenient access across the community.
