First Community Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Cameron Reesor to vice president, secondary mortgage originator at its Conway location.
Reesor began his career with First Community Bank in 2017 as a loan processor in the mortgage department after gaining early experience as a part-time employee in the bank’s special assets and facilities departments during college. With nearly eight years of experience in the mortgage industry, he brings both knowledge and dedication to his new role.
“I am thankful for the opportunities that First Community Bank has provided me, and humbled to receive this promotion,” said Reesor. “My goal every day is to grow my knowledge of the mortgage industry and provide my customers with a smooth and memorable experience.”

Reesor earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. He also volunteers with Junior Achievement to help teach financial literacy at Conway High School. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, who is a speech therapist, and their two young children, Opal and Auggie.
The bank’s lobby and drive-through is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The drive-through is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
