First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kyler Shaw to assistant vice president, facilities manager. Shaw, who began his career at the bank in the marketing department from 2017 to 2020 before transitioning to the facilities department in 2021, will now lead the bank’s facilities operations.
“I’m honored to step into this leadership position,” Shaw said. “First Community Bank has been an incredible place to grow my career, and I’m excited to continue working with our team to ensure our facilities serve both our employees and customers efficiently.”
Mandy Vaughan, senior vice president, special assets manager and lending, praised Shaw’s commitment and expertise. “Kyler’s dedication and attention to detail have been evident in every role he’s held at the bank,” Vaughan said. “His leadership and problem-solving skills will be invaluable as he takes on this new responsibility.”
Shaw and his wife, Lexi, reside in Batesville with their daughter, Savvy. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities.
The lobby at First Community Bank’s Batesville headquarters, located at 1325 Harrison Street, operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The drive-through is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Additional Batesville branches include the downtown location at 301 E. Main Street, the Eagle Mountain branch at 3 Eagle Mountain Boulevard, and the Southside branch at 1 Allen Chapel Road, ensuring convenient access across the community.
