First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Megan Tuggle to assistant vice president, credit card manager. Tuggle, who joined First Community Bank in 2022, brings over 12 years of financial experience to her new role.
“Megan has consistently demonstrated her dedication to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions for our customers,” said Steve Wilcoxon, president of dealer direct. “Her ability to lead with integrity and build strong relationships will be instrumental in the continued growth of the credit card department. We are excited to see her excel in this leadership role.”
Tuggle’s career at First Community Bank began as a non-interest income assistant in January 2022. She later transitioned to dealer direct relationship manager in July 2023 and began supporting both dealer direct and credit card initiatives in October 2023. Since December 2024, she has devoted herself fully to the credit card department.

Outside of work,Tuggle is actively involved in the Harrison Street Church of Christ. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jake, whom she married in 2011, and their three children: Cole, 12, and twin daughters, Sadie and Kenzie, 10. In her free time,she loves watching her kids’ sports activities, spending time with family and friends, and riding their side-by-side.
The lobby at First Community Bank’s Batesville headquarters, located at 1325 Harrison Street, operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The drive-through is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays and from 9:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Additional Batesville branches include thedowntown location at 301 E. Main Street, the Eagle Mountain branch at 3 EagleMountain Boulevard, and the Southside branch at 1 Allen Chapel Road, ensuringconvenient access across the community.
