First Community Bank recently presented a $100,000 donation to the Cabot School District to support significant improvements to the district’s baseball and softball complex. The upgraded facility now features a new entrance and updated scoreboards and will be known as First Community Bank Field.
The contribution helped fund the construction of a prominent new entryway welcoming fans and athletes to the ballfields, as well as the installation of two modern scoreboards designed to improve visibility for spectators and game participants. The newly enhanced entrance is brightly illuminated and easily visible from a distance, creating a welcoming gateway to the complex while highlighting the partnership between the Cabot School District and First Community Bank.
The new scoreboards, positioned just beyond the entrance, have already received positive feedback from school staff and visitors attending games. The improved visibility and updated technology are expected to enhance the overall game-day experience for student-athletes, families, and fans.

The baseball and softball complex improvements will serve Cabot student-athletes and fans for years to come, providing an upgraded facility that reflects the pride and spirit of the Cabot School District.
Lobby hours for First Community Bank at the 11 Prospect Court location in Cabot are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Drive-through hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Lobby hours at the 3084 Bill Foster Memorial Highway location in Cabot are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Drive-through hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
