First Community Bank will host a grand opening celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new Fayetteville location at 3150 West Wedington Drive on Thursday, March 6, from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Immediately following the ribbon cutting, guests are invited to enjoy heavy hors d’oeuvres. Special guest Gage Wood, SEC pitcher and Batesville native, will be in attendance. As the bank’s first NIL partner, Wood’s journey reflects the power of community support—something First Community Bank values deeply.
“We are thrilled to expand our presence in Northwest Arkansas with our new Fayetteville location,” said Natalie Bartholomew, community president for Northwest Arkansas of First Community Bank. “This branch reflects our ongoing commitment to providing personalized, community-focused banking services while fostering relationships with individuals, families, and businesses in the area.”
The 4,712-square-foot facility has undergone a comprehensive remodel to provide full-service banking, complete with convenient drive-thru teller services. Additionally, the bank is proud to offer a dedicated community room available for public use.
The project was designed by RPPY Architects, with Tim Yelvington and David Perry leading the architectural planning from their office in Little Rock, Arkansas. Marion Company, Construction Services Group, based in Neosho, Missouri, oversaw construction, Chris Horine served as project manager and Gannon Millard was the project superintendent. The landscaping for the new facility was handled by Fay-Ark Lawn Co, owned by Eric Hill. Erika Willis of LM Office Furniture provided furniture solutions for the branch.
The new branch is strategically located within a two-mile radius of the University of Arkansas, enhancing accessibility and convenience for both students and residents.
In addition to the new Fayetteville location, First Community Bank also operates a branch in Rogers at 5100 W. Park Ave., Ste. 124, which opened on October 3, 2022. The Fayetteville and Rogers locations are both one-stop financial centers that offer a variety of financial services, including competitive loan and deposit products, as well as online and electronic banking services such as mobile banking, mobile deposits, online bill pay, and custom eAlerts.
