First Community Bank is proud to welcome back Brian Emison as senior vice president, retail deposit officer. In this role, Emison will focus on deposit growth, with an emphasis on technical applications and data analytics to support strategic initiatives across the bank’s full footprint.
Emison brings 17 years of experience in the banking industry, along with a strong background in customer relationship management, data-driven strategy, and community engagement. A graduate of Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he has remained active in the Jonesboro area, serving as a city councilman, chairman of the Public Safety Commission, and a member of the Advertising & Promotions Commission.
“First Community Bank has had so much success in growing its asset size along with its addition of multiple branches in the short two years that I’ve been away,” said Emison. “I consider myself honored to be welcomed back to First Community Bank with open arms to be part of this exceptional organization that wholeheartedly encompasses the definition of community banking.”

Emison and his wife of 15 years, Erica, live in Jonesboro with their two sons, Ridge (13) and Hayes (7). In his free time, he enjoys local politics and playing golf.
The First Community Bank Southwest Drive branch at 630 Southwest Drive is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with drive-through services available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Additional Jonesboro branches include 1617 South Caraway Road, 910 Chancery Lane, and 222 East Washington Avenue, ensuring convenient access across the community.
