Seth Guin will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships throughout the community while providing a full range of lending services, including commercial, consumer and agricultural loans. In his role, he will assess customers’ financial needs and recommend products and services designed to help them accomplish their goals. He will also represent the bank at community and professional events across the Mountain Home area.

“I am thrilled to join the First Community team,” said Guin. “This opportunity allows me to work even more closely with our community to help individuals, families and businesses accomplish their goals. It is great to be part of a bank that cares deeply about this area and values local decision-making.”

Guin brings three years of banking experience to First Community Bank. He earned his Associate of Arts in Business from Itawamba Community College in 2022 and completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Mississippi in 2024.

Active in the Mountain Home community, Guin serves as a board member and president nominee for the Rotary Club of Mountain Home. He also participates in Baxter County Chamber of Commerce events and is a member of the North Arkansas Home Builders Association.

Steve Dunn, community president for First Community Bank in Mountain Home, said Guin’s commitment to service makes him a strong addition to the team.

“Seth’s energy, professionalism and heart for this community are evident,” Dunn said. “He understands the importance of building lasting relationships and providing thoughtful, local lending solutions. We are excited to have him serving our customers in Mountain Home.”

Guin and his wife, Larissa, are proud parents to their one-year-old son, Shepard. Outside of work, he enjoys serving in the community, cheering on Ole Miss athletics and spending time with his family.
