First Community Bank has announced that Rachael Gavin has been promoted to head teller/personal banker at its Rogers branch.
In her role, Gavin oversees the daily operations of the bank’s teller line, supervising and supporting the teller team, while ensuring transactions are conducted with accuracy and efficiency. She especially enjoys training and mentoring new tellers as they begin their careers in banking.
“I’m honored to be promoted to head teller and excited to lead our team as we continue providing exceptional service to our customers,” Gavin said.
Gavin joined First Community Bank in August 2023, bringing with her a strong background in education. She holds a Bachelor of Education in kinesiology pedagogy and a Master of Education, both from the University of Arkansas. She enjoys applying her teaching experience to community initiatives, such as volunteering at local Amazing Shake Competitions and helping teach financial literacy in partner schools.
Outside of the bank, Gavin is an avid Arkansas Razorbacks fan, active in her church, and enjoys time on the golf course.

First Community Bank serves Northwest Arkansas at two convenient locations. The Rogers branch is located at 5100 West Park Avenue, Suite 124, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Fayetteville branch is located at 3150 West Wedington Drive. The lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the drive-through operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
