First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Shayna Gibson to assistant vice president, branch manager of the Jane location. Gibson, who has been with the bank since 2015, brings 18 years of banking experience to her new role.
“The area we serve continues to grow, and I am excited to help be a part of that growth,” said Gibson. “Making sure our new and current customers feel comfortable and safe banking with us is a top priority. We will continue to provide paramount service to meet their needs.”
Gibson has held several positions during her tenure at First Community Bank, including new accounts/customer service representative, head teller, loan assistant, and most recently, assistant vice president, loan assistant. In addition to her professional achievements, she is an active member of the Rotary Club of Bella Vista, having joined Rotary in 2017.
“Shayna has been a dedicated member of our team for nearly a decade, and her leadership and commitment to customer service make her an excellent fit for this role,” said Stuart Puckett, community president in Missouri for First Community Bank. “She has a deep understanding of our customers’ needs and a passion for serving the community.”
Gibson holds an associate of applied science degree in business administration. She and her husband, Jimmy, are beef cattle producers. She enjoys learning about sustainability in agriculture, hunting and spending time with family.
The First Community Bank Jane branch, located at 21196 US 71, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Drive-through services are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
