First Community Bank has announced the promotion of Kaisha Gott to senior vice president, assistant manager of dealer direct.

With nearly 15 years of experience at the bank, Gott now oversees the daily functions of the department, assists with strategic planning for future growth, and leads efforts surrounding the preparation and implementation of system upgrades. She has played a key role in the continued expansion of the bank’s dealer direct program, which provides specialized financing solutions for manufacturers and retail dealers nationwide.

“Kaisha is a steady leader who brings exceptional organizational strength and a forward-thinking approach to our operations,” said Steve Wilcoxon, president of the dealer direct program. “She is well-respected by her peers and our dealer partners alike, and I’m proud to see her step into this expanded leadership role.”

First Community Bank’s dealer direct program, launched in 2005, offers installment loans ranging from $1,500 to $50,000 for purchases such as golf carts, low speed vehicles, tractors (up to 75 hp), trailers, boats, powersports, motorcycles, lawn equipment, and farm equipment. The program also offers floorplan financing and currently services more than 4,600 dealerships across the 48 contiguous states.

Gott began her career at First Community Bank in 2011 with a part-time role in the credit department while attending Lyon College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business. She joined the dealer direct team full-time in 2013 and has continued to advance through the department, serving in roles from loan assistant to retail loan officer, assistant manager, and now senior vice president.

“When I started a part-time position at First Community Bank while still in college, I didn’t realize the career path that was being paved,” said Gott. “The bank has recognized my strengths and provided coaching in areas where I could grow, helping shape me into the employee I am today. The organic career growth I’ve experienced here speaks volumes about how the organization invests in its people. I’m honored by this promotion and excited to continue contributing to the success of Dealer Direct and First Community Bank.”

She also completed the Arkansas Bankers Association’s Introduction to Consumer Lending course, earning a certificate in 2019, and participated in the association’s Supervisor Boot Camp in 2020, along with various leadership courses throughout her career.

She and her husband, Johnny, have three children. The family enjoys spending time outdoors- gardening, riding side by sides, and being on the water, as well as cheering on their kids in a variety of sports and activities.

The lobby at First Community Bank’s Batesville headquarters, located at 1325 Harrison Street, operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
