First Community Bank will host a grand opening celebration at 17820 Chenal Parkway in Little Rock on Tuesday, October 4, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony beginning at 4:30 p.m. Immediately following the ribbon cutting, heavy hors d’oeuvres and tours of the facility will be provided.
“The expansion in West Little Rock furthers First Community Bank’s commitment and services to our customers and the citizens of Pulaski County,” said René Julian, community president in Little Rock for First Community Bank. “We are here to offer personalized banking solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers just as a true community bank should be.”
Flynco, Inc., of Little Rock, was the contractor for the project. Tim Yelvington with RPPY Architects designed the approximately 16,000 square-foot, two-story complex. The modern lobby offers both private and semi-private areas that are conducive to informal business meetings, easily accessible teller stations, indoor ATM access, and a gourmet coffee bar.
The new location also includes a spacious community room that will be provided free of charge to non-profit organizations and the business community for meeting and training purposes. The room may also be rented for a nominal fee for personal events or gatherings.
The branch includes several unique features including charging stations for electric cars, bike rack and workstation, glass recycling container, interior living green feature wall and easy access to nearby walking/biking trails. Photographic prints from local photographer, Brad Sims, have been selected for the interior décor of the bank.
In addition to the new Chenal location, First Community Bank has locations at 4900 Kavanaugh Boulevard and 8201 Ranch Boulevard (Saddle Creek) in Little Rock.
The Chenal location opened on August 22, 2022, and is a one-stop financial center offering a variety of financial services to its customers. The bank’s lobby is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The drive-thru is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. First Community Bank offers competitive loan and deposit products and an impressive array of online and mobile banking services. Some of these include mobile banking and deposits, online bill pay, online/mobile account opening and custom eAlerts.
