First Community Bank has announced that Kim Guinn has joined the bank as vice president, treasury management sales for the financial institution’s full-service branch location at 5100 W. Park Ave., Ste. A124 in Rogers, Arkansas.
“I’m so excited to join First Community Bank,” said Guinn, “The sense of family and commitment to the community was evident from my very first encounter. I’m looking forward to being a part of the growth in the Northwest Arkansas region.”
Guinn has over 21 years of experience in the financial industry, with the majority of that time having been spent in retail banking and branch management. In her new position, Guinn will focus on developing new treasury management and depository relationships for the Northwest Arkansas area.
