First Community Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Mindy Hindmarsh to vice president, secondary mortgage originator. Hindmarsh joined the bank in 2021 and has played a vital role in supporting homebuyers across the Cabot region from her office at 11 Prospect Court.
“Mindy has consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and commitment to helping our customers navigate the mortgage process,” said David Wood, executive vice president, regional president for the Searcy, Bald Knob, Cabot, Beebe, Little Rock, Conway, and Northwest Arkansas regions. “Her promotion is well-earned, and we look forward to seeing her continued success as part of our leadership team.”
With more than two decades of experience in property law, title examination, and mortgage lending, Hindmarsh brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is known for her customer-focused approach, guiding borrowers through the home loan process with care and expertise.

A native of the Little Rock area, Hindmarsh is a graduate of Northside Christian Academy in Fort Smith. She holds a bachelor’s degree in applied communication and legal studies from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She resides in Cabot with her son, Tyson.
The lobby at First Community Bank’s Cabot Prospect Court location operates Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The drive-through is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The additional Cabot branch, located at 3084 Bill Foster Memorial Highway, operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The drive-through is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
