First Community Bank is pleased to announce that Cassandra Huff has joined the bank as vice president, commercial loan officer in the dealer direct program. In her new role, Huff will be responsible for lending and managing floor plans for dealers nationwide.
Huff brings 25 years of banking experience to her new position, along with a strong commitment to community service. She has served as a board member for the Batesville Rotary Club for 14 years, a board member for the Ozark Gateway Tourist Council for six years, and a committee member for the National Wild Turkey Federation for three years. A graduate of Southside High School and Leadership Batesville, Huff has dedicated her career to building relationships and providing financial solutions that help businesses grow.

I look forward to contributing to the growth of the dealer direct program and working with dealers across the country.”
Steve Wilcoxon, president of the dealer direct program, expressed enthusiasm for Huff’s addition to the team. “Cassandra’s extensive experience and deep-rooted dedication to customer service make her a tremendous asset to our dealer direct program,” said Wilcoxon. “Her leadership and industry knowledge will help us continue to provide exceptional service to our dealer partners.”
Huff and her husband, Shannon, reside in Arkansas with their daughter, Cheyenne Skelton. She also has a “bonus” daughter, Gracie Grubb, and her husband, Rylee Grubb. In her free time, Huff enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as hunting, fishing, gardening, and anything outdoors.
First Community Bank’s dealer direct program offers specialized financing for manufacturers, including floor plans and retail financing. Since the program’s start in 2005, it has grown to service thousands of retail dealers nationwide by providing installment loans from $1,500 to $30,000 for tractors (up to 75hp), trailers, boats, power sports, motorcycles, lawn equipment, and farm equipment.
The lobby at First Community Bank’s Batesville headquarters, located at 1325 Harrison Street, operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The drive-through is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Additional Batesville branches include the downtown location at 301 E. Main Street, the Eagle Mountain branch at 3 Eagle Mountain Boulevard, and the Southside branch at 1 Allen Chapel Road, ensuring convenient access across the community.
