HUFF PROMOTED TO CREDIT CARD MANAGER AT FIRST COMMUNITY BANK

First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Cassandra Huff to vice president, credit card manager. In her new role, Huff will oversee the bank’s credit card program, with a focus on portfolio management, customer experience, and continued growth of card services, while continuing to serve customers through her lending responsibilities.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with First Community Bank,” said Huff. “I’m excited to step into this role and focus on strengthening our credit card program while continuing to serve our customers and communities.”

Huff brings 26 years of banking experience to her expanded role, along with a strong commitment to serving customers and supporting the communities First Community Bank calls home. Since joining the bank, she has contributed to the success of the dealer direct program through her expertise in lending and relationship management.

“Cassandra has consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, deep industry knowledge, and a genuine commitment to our customers,” said Leann Siler, senior vice president, commercial lending and regional retail lending manager. “Her experience and dedication make her well-prepared for this role, and we are excited to see her step into this leadership position.”

A longtime community advocate, Huff has served as a board member for the Batesville Rotary Club for 15 years, a board member for the Ozark Gateway Tourist Council for seven years, a committee member for the National Wild Turkey Federation for four years, and a committee member of Ducks Unlimited for two years. She is a graduate of Southside High School and Leadership Batesville.

Huff and her husband, Shannon, reside in Batesville. She has a daughter, Cheyenne Skelton, and a stepdaughter, Gracie Grubb. In her free time, Huff enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as hunting, fishing, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors.

Huff’s office at First Community Bank is located at 1325 Harrison Street in Batesville where the lobby operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. The drive-through is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Fridays and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Additional Batesville branches include the downtown location at 301 E. Main Street, the Eagle Mountain branch at 3 Eagle Mountain Boulevard, and the Southside branch at 1 Allen Chapel Road, ensuring convenient access across the community.
