First Community Financial Services has announced that Eli Lassiter has joined as a financial adviser, serving clients in the Newport and Jonesboro markets.

In his new role, Lassiter will provide personalized financial planning, investment guidance, and retirement strategies to help clients pursue their long-term financial goals. He will work closely with individuals and families to develop customized plans that strive to support financial stability, growth, and generational wealth.

“This position represents a milestone in my professional journey and reflects the goals I set for myself when I began college,” Lassiter said. “I have worked hard to grow in my career and prepare for the opportunity to serve our community in this capacity. I can confidently say there is no better place to continue developing professionally than First Community Financial Services. The culture and structure here provide a strong foundation for long-term career growth and success.”

Lassiter previously served in the Trust Department at First Community Bank, where he gained valuable experience working with customers and supporting their financial needs. He brings two years of banking experience to his new role.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a concentration in investments and a minor in management from the University of Arkansas, as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Arkansas State University. He also holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

“Eli has demonstrated strong dedication, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving our customers,” said Audrey Pool, senior vice president, financial advisor for First Community Financial Services. “His work ethic and passion for helping others succeed financially make him a valuable addition to our team and to the communities we serve.”

Active in the community, Lassiter is a member of his church and the Rotary Club. He and his wife were recently married, and she is currently pursuing a nursing career with plans to become a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Outside of work, Lassiter is an avid football fan and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and hunting.
