First Community Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Michelle McCauley to branch manager at the bank’s Goodman, Missouri, location.
Born and raised in Goodman, McCauley brings a strong sense of hometown pride and deep community roots to her new role. She began her banking career in 2007 as a teller at a bank in Neosho and remained with that institution for 16 years, advancing into management before joining First Community Bank in 2023. McCauley’s passion for customer service and her ability to build meaningful relationships have made her a natural leader in the industry.
“I’m so excited to be working in my hometown,” said McCauley. “My goal isto create an environment where our customers feel like family - not just a number. I love being part of a bank family who shares those values.”
In her role as branch manager, McCauley will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading her team, growing customer relationships, and supporting local community efforts.
“Michelle is a strong addition to our leadership team in Missouri,” said Stuart Puckett, community president for Missouri at First Community Bank. “Her experience, integrity, and deep connection to the Goodman community make her a great fit for this role.”
McCauley is a graduate of Neosho High School and has nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry. She and her husband, Jeramy, own and operate HopperWash, LLC in the Goodman area. Together, they have five children and a grandson. Her family, including her mother and siblings, continues to live in and around Goodman.
Outside of the bank, McCauley enjoys spending time with her family and her pets, making memories outdoors, kayaking, hiking, visiting local creeks, bargain hunting at garage sales, flea markets, and shopping.
