First Community Bank has announced that Mindy Hindmarsh has joined the bank as secondary mortgage originator for the Cabot region and will work from the branch located at 11 Prospect Court in Cabot. With twenty-one years of combined experience in property law, real property title examination and mortgage lending, she will be responsible for educating, advising, and guiding potential borrowers through the loan application process.

Hindmarsh is a graduate of Northside Christian Academy in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and a native to the Little Rock area. She earned her bachelor’s degree in applied communication and legal studies from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is currently attending University of Oklahoma School of Law in pursuit of her master’s in legal studies. She and her thirteen year old son, Tyson, have lived in Cabot for the past eleven years.
