First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Nikki Hughes to senior vice president, loan administration. Hughes, who has nearly 40 years of banking experience, has been an integral part of the First Community Bank team since April 2001.
"Nikki has been a tremendous asset to our team," said David Wood, executive vice president, regional president for the Searcy, Cabot, Little Rock, Conway, and Northwest Arkansas regions. "Her commitment to excellence and her understanding of our customers' needs have made her an invaluable part of our organization. We look forward to the continued positive impact that she has on our bank and our community."
Hughes graduated from the Barret School of Banking in 2005 and has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership throughout her career. Born in Searcy, she has lived in the area for most of her life, surrounded by family and friends. Hughes is located at the bank's branch at 2401 West Beebe Capps Expressway in Searcy, Arkansas.
“I appreciate that First Community Bank and David Wood have allowed me to grow with the bank,” said Hughes. “David, Keith Riley, and I transitioned together from another bank, and we were thrilled to watch the Searcy locations explode with new business. Our customers have truly supported us through the years, and we are very grateful for them. This bank consistently shows appreciation for their employees and is ever-changing to provide the latest technology and services for our customers. This has provided me with the opportunity to express to our customers how important they are to the bank and offer them the best products available in banking.”
In addition to the West Beebe Capps Expressway branch, First Community Bank has locations in Searcy at 800 East Beebe Capps Expressway and 2801 East Race Street. First Community Bank offers competitive loan and deposit products and an impressive array of online and electronic banking services. Some of these include mobile banking and deposits, online bill pay, online/mobile account opening and custom eAlerts.
