First Community Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Terra Oxendine as a commercial lender. With 18 years of experience in the banking industry, Oxendine brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to excellence to her new role.

Oxendine said, “I am thrilled to join First Community Bank and look forward to contributing to its mission of serving our clients and community. This new role presents an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact, and I am eager to work with such a dedicated team.”

Oxendine’s dedication to community service is evident through her involvement with Christ Community on the finance committee, the Children’s Center of Southwest Missouri as a gala committee volunteer, the Neosho Area Chamber of Commerce as an executive board member, and the Spencer Jones Foundation as treasurer. She is also a past president and current board member of the Neosho Rotary Club.

“Terra’s extensive experience and deep-rooted commitment to community service make her an invaluable addition to our team,” said Stuart Puckett, community president for the Missouri region with First Community Bank. “We are confident that her passion for helping others and her professional expertise will greatly benefit our customers and our bank.”

Oxendine graduated from Neosho High School in 2006 and earned an associate’s degree from Crowder College in December 2015. She has also completed additional coursework at Missouri Southern State University. She holds an MBA Commercial Banking Certificate.

Terra resides in Neosho with her husband, Grant, and their two children, Lily (10) and Blake (14). In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, powerlifting, running, hiking, and cheering on her daughter in cheer and basketball.
