First Community Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Josie Roark to head teller at its Cabot Prospect location, located at 11 Prospect Court in Cabot, Arkansas.
In her new role, Roark is responsible for overseeing the teller line and ensuring that customers receive the exceptional service and welcoming experience that First Community Bank is known for.
“First Community Bank is such an open and inviting place to be, and I’m so grateful to be a part of this team,” said Roark. “This opportunity allows me to continue growing my career while serving the Cabot community that I care about.”
Roark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is preparing to begin work on her Master of Business Administration. She enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her family in her spare time.
Kevin Kinard, vice president, branch manager and lender in Cabot at the Prospect location for First Community Bank, congratulated Roark on her promotion.
“Josie brings a genuine warmth and professionalism to everything she does,” said Kinard. “Her dedication to delivering excellent customer service and leading by example makes her a valuable asset to our Cabot team.”
Lobby hours at the Cabot Prospect location are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Drive-through hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
