First Community Financial Services is pleased to announce the addition of Tristan Simmons as a financial advisor. Simmons brings nearly six years of experience in wealth management, delivering strategic financial solutions to individuals and businesses across Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri.

“I deliver value to my clients by helping them build, manage, protect, and transition their wealth in a comprehensive and easily digestible manner,” said Simmons. “After meeting with senior leadership and our market presidents, I have never been more excited to join a financial institution. It is clear to me that First Community Bank and I share the same focus—bettering our community, putting our clients first, and providing value and expertise to support our community partners.”

Simmons’s comprehensive financial planning approach covers investments, banking and credit management, risk management strategies, and trust and estate planning.

Simmons holds Series 7 and Series 66 certifications, along with life, health, and variable insurance licenses. He earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration (finance with a concentration in investments) and a minor in management from the University of Arkansas, where he was also a member of the Razorback Men’s Basketball team.

Simmons and his wife, Sophie, enjoy spending their free time traveling to national parks, hiking and camping with their labrador and miniature Australian shepherd, and cheering on the Razorbacks at football, basketball, and baseball games. They also enjoy weekend trips to Lake Ouachita and spending time with family at Beaver Lake. Simmons is an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer.

“We are thrilled to welcome Tristan to the First Community Financial Services team,” said Natalie Bartholomew, Northwest Arkansas community president. “His expertise, passion for community, and commitment to delivering exceptional service align perfectly with our mission to serve our clients and communities.”

The First Community Financial Services office at 5100 West Park Avenue Suite 124 in Rogers, Arkansas, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
