First Community Bank welcomes Austin Simpson and Tim Doyle to the newly established and growing team at the financial institutions full-service branch location in Rogers, Arkansas, that is set to open soon.
Simpson has been hired as senior vice president, senior regional lender for Northwest Arkansas and has 16 years of experience in banking. In his role, he will be responsible for developing commercial and deposit relationships for individuals and companies in addition to mentoring and developing the lenders of the Northwest Arkansas region as the bank expands. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business from Missouri State University. He and his wife, Shannon, have four sons: Mason, Carson, Roman and Grayson. Simpson enjoys gaining new experiences by traveling the country and spending valuable time with family.

Doyle has been hired as vice president, commercial lender. In his role, he will be responsible for producing a variety of commercial loans as well as generating and managing portfolios of business relationships. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in finance and real estate from the University of Missouri. He has been in the banking and commercial title industries for nearly 20 years. Doyle actively supports the Children’s Safety Center of Washington County as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Arkansas. He and his wife, Valerie, have three sons: Kaid, Brighton and Louis. In his free time, Doyle enjoys golf, road trips and supporting his children with their youth sports activities.

The Rogers location at 5100 W. Park Ave., Ste. A124 is currently under construction and is expected to be open soon.
