First Community Bank has announced that Skylar Sitton has joined the bank as vice president, merchant services director. In her role, Sitton will lead proactive client pursuits, collaborate with internal partners, and develop compelling payments solutions to meet the strategic needs of the bank's commercial customers.

I look forward to connecting with our sales team, leadership, and existing customers, as well as developing relationships with new customers as we continue to grow in this dynamic organization. ”
Sitton has eight years of experience in the banking industry and has obtained her designation as a certified payments professional from the Electronic Transaction Association. She and her husband, Ryan, have a son, Daxton.
