First Community Bank is pleased to welcome Gwen Tish as a mortgage loan originator in the Mountain Home market. In her new role, Tish will assist homebuyers by prequalifying potential buyers, processing loan applications, and collecting the necessary documentation to ensure loan approvals. She will primarily serve Baxter, Marion, Stone, Fulton, and Izard counties.
“I feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to help individuals and families achieve homeownership or refinance their existing loans,” said Tish. “Joining First Community Bank allows me to provide personalized mortgage solutions backed by a strong community-focused organization.”

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 32 years, Les, their two sons, and their seven grandchildren. She also loves glamping, hiking, kayaking, gardening, photography, and making memories with family and friends.
