First Community Bank has announced that Amy Tuggle has been promoted to senior vice president, secondary mortgage production manager for the organization’s home lending division. In her new role, she will oversee and manage all secondary market originators while serving as a liaison for the department throughout the bank’s market network.
“I am both excited and proud to step in to my new role. For 16 years, I have witnessed First Community Bank’s commitment to serving the needs of our local communities. It is a true community bank that stands by their motto ‘Where community comes first,’ ” said Tuggle.
Tuggle joined the bank in 2006 in the customer service department before joining the mortgage department in 2009. A lifelong White County resident, she and her husband, Bart, are deeply rooted in the community and knowledgeable about mortgage and real estate practices. She earned her degree in business administration from Arkansas State University.
“Amy has been a tremendous asset to us since she joined the First Community Bank family. We have been witness to her many successes in not only the secondary mortgage department, but the bank as a whole,” said Boris Dover, president and chief operating officer for First Community Bank. “Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team, and in this role, she will have the opportunity to share this wisdom with many others.
