What if my loan information is incorrect or I want to update my information?

Please contact Dealer Direct at 870-376-7123 during businesshours to update or correct any information. Our Dealer Direct department is open Monday- Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Central Time) and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Central Time).

 

How is my contact information used?

The contact information provided helps us track the payment being made and will ensure we have the correct information in the event we need to communicate with you regarding your payment.

 

How secure is my personal information?

We protect your information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal Standards.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment made by an ACH transfer that is tied to your bank account. This may include a checking account or a savings account in a personal or business name. You will need to provide your bank Routing Number, Account Number, and Account Holder Name to process this payment type. We also accept ATM/ debit card payments which are tied to your bank account. The information needed to process this payment includes: Card Number, Name on Card, Expiration Month and Year of the card.

 

Why do you need my e-mail address?

We request a valid email address in order to provide you with a confirmation of yourpayment or notify you of any problems regarding your payment.

 

Why do I need to review and accept disclosures?

Disclosures contain important terms and conditions that apply to your new account. Reviewing and accepting these disclosures ensures that you are well informed about your loan payment process.

 

What is an ACH transfer?

Automated Clearing House (ACH) is a network that electronically processes transactions for financial institutions. These transfers typically take a few business days to process and for the money to be available in the receiving account. When you transfer funds from an account at one bank to an account at another bank over the internet or when you pay a bill online you are likely completing an ACH transfer. An ACH transfer is the most commonform of electronic money movement.

 

What should I expect after I make a payment on my loan account?

You should expect to receive a confirmation email, if provided. Otherwise, please accept the payment confirmation page as proof of payment.

 

Are there any fees associated with my loan payment?

There is a $4.95 Processing Fee for all debit card payments. There is no charge for an ACH transfer.
