First Community Bank has promoted Stephanie Anderson to senior vice president, credit administration manager.

She began working at First Community Bank in 2008 and has over 16 years of banking experience. Anderson is a graduate of the Barret School of Banking. In her role, she manages the credit administration area of the bank.
“Stephanie has demonstrated a high level of competency and has delivered consistent results,” said Dwight Ford, executive vice president, chief credit officer for First Community Bank. “We are proud to promote her to a position of increasing responsibility and leadership.”
