Summary
This positionis responsible for processing loan documentation for all locations. This position must present a quality, professional image for First Community Bank and have the ability and desire to develop and maintain quality customer relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service to internal and external customers and maintain strict confidentiality in all bank matters.
- Receive and verify loan set up sheet from lending officer or loan support assistant.
- Prepare loan documents for all locations.
- Communicate with lending staff regarding details of loan transactions.
- Ensure loan documents are prepared in accordance with lending and compliance policies and procedures.
- Ensure loan documents are received by lending officer or loan support assistant.
- Promptly and successfully complete all compliance training as determined by the compliance department.
- Attend department and company meetings/training which may be outside of regularly scheduled work hours.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

- Lending related work experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
