First Community Bank has hired Staci Avery as assistant vice president, secondary mortgage originator at its full-service location at 220 East Ridge Avenue in Harrison, Arkansas. In her new role, she will educate, advise, and guide potential borrowers through the loan application process.

Avery holds a bachelor's degree in business/marketing, which has provided her with a solid educational foundation that is well suited for her role at First Community Bank.
Additionally, her 10 years of experience in banking, coupled with 15 years in the title company industry, have equipped her with a deep understanding of the financial and real estate sectors. Avery's industry-specific certifications and licensure further demonstrate her dedication to professional growth and commitment to delivering superior results for customers.
Avery is also proud to have a loving family supporting her endeavors. She and her husband, Fred, have a daughter, Taylor. Outside of her professional life, Avery enjoys pursuing her hobbies, which include cooking, traveling, and creating cherished memories during family vacations at the beach.
