First Community Bank recently hosted its 29th Annual Charity Golf Tournament at The Course at Eagle Mountain, bringing together 144 golfers and nearly 50 local businesses in support of the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches. The event raised more than $35,000 this year, increasing the tournament’s lifetime contributions to more than $517,000.
The annual tournament benefits the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing safe, stable and nurturing homes for children throughout the state.
“As the presenting sponsor, we are always encouraged by the tremendous support this tournament receives from our communities and local businesses,” said Boris Dover. “This event has become a meaningful tradition for us because it directly supports children across Arkansas who need care, stability and encouragement. We are grateful to everyone who helped make this year another success.”
Matthew Cleveland said the continued partnership with First Community Bank has made a lasting impact on the organization’s mission.
“We are incredibly thankful for First Community Bank and all of the sponsors, volunteers and golfers who continue to invest in the children we serve,” Cleveland said. “The support generated through this tournament helps provide safe homes, guidance and hope for young people who have experienced difficult circumstances. It truly makes a difference in their lives.”
The tournament was made possible through the support of sponsors at every level.
