Community Insurance, a subsidiary of First Community Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Lisha Foust to senior vice president, operations manager.

In her role, Foust oversees operational functions across Community Insurance, supporting the agency’s commitment to delivering exceptional service while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Although her responsibilities remain largely unchanged, the promotion recognizes her leadership, experience and continued contributions to the organization’s success.

“I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity and honored by the confidence Community Insurance has placed in me,” Foust said. “I wouldn’t have come this far without the hard work and support of our entire team. Our success is built on working together, and I look forward to continuing to serve our clients and helping our agency grow.”

Foust brings more than 26 years of insurance industry experience to her position. She holds an Associate of Accounting degree and has earned both the Trusted Risk Advisor (TRA) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designations.

“Lisha has been an invaluable member of our team, and this promotion is a reflection of her dedication, leadership and commitment to excellence,” said Anthony Clark, president of Community Insurance. “She consistently leads by example, supports those around her and plays an essential role in the continued success of our agency. We are proud to recognize her well-deserved achievement.”

Outside of the office, Foust is an active member of Rotary and enjoys spending time with her family, riding ATVs and hunting.

Foust and her husband, Shane, have been married for 28 years. Together, they have two sons, one daughter, one grandson and two granddaughters. They also enjoy spending time with their dog, Willow, and horse, Sassy.
